With a Bachelor of Science in Leisure Sciences and a License in Nursing Home Administration, he has been a driving force in the industry for over two decades. Troy's career highlights include creating innovative Behavioral Health programs, earning accolades as an Executive Director, and fostering collaborative partnerships for quality care. His knowledge of healthcare regulations, financial management, and commitment to enhancing patient and employee satisfaction make him a valuable asset to the team.
