After my Grandfather’s stroke, my family and I were fearful that he would never be able to live independently. With the hard work of every discipline at Davis Place, he was discharged home within a few weeks. We were supported, educated, and provided with the resources that we needed for Grandpa to safely return to the home and life he loves.
